Return & Refund Policy

At Alessa Solar, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Kuwait consumer protection practices.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors cannot be returned.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed or used.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or modification.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Alessa Solar will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the delivery cost is non-refundable.
